A whole house remodel including an entire second floor addition for this older Boulder home. Special challenges included satisfying Boulder's shadow ordinance while creating a functional design. Three new bedrooms and two baths were added on top of this 1940s one-story home. Main level walls were opened up to expand the living room space. The kitchen and breakfast nook were completely remodeled.
