Architect | Colorado Front Range

Richard Lefcourt

Richard is a licensed architect and former general contractor with extensive experience in custom home design, urban planning, and commercial architecture across the Front Range, Florida and elsewhere. He approaches the real-world needs of his clients with creative solutions that are functional, spatially efficient, aesthetically satisfying, and economical to build.

His work spans an impressive range: master community planning, urban renewal, custom and spec homes, townhouses, multi-family apartments, retail centers, food service, office interiors, and more. As General Contractor, Richard has designed and built 17 custom and for-sale homes, retail shopping centers, basement finishes, and numerous residential remodels, incorporating his ‘hands-on’ experience into each of his designs.

Richard has completed projects across the U.S., including New York City, Washington D.C., North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Oregon, and internationally in the Bahamas, and Mexico.

Over the years, I’ve met people who, despite making one of the most significant investments of their lives, were penny wise and pound foolish. They regretted the design errors they made by doing things themselves or by relying on a contractor’s draftsman instead of an experienced professional. Good design can be life changing. An efficient, functional environment is supportive and comforting. Architecture with eye-catching curb appeal instills joy and pride of ownership.
