San Simeon Gated Community

San Simeon at the California Club is a 234-unit gated townhouse and condominium community in the Ives Estates neighborhood of Miami, Florida, established in 1989 as part of the larger California Club master association. Lefcourt Architecture provided site planning and residential design for the project, organizing the units into landscaped clusters connected by winding drives and pedestrian paths. Residents share a private clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts within the gated grounds.
