Neighborhood Retail-Office Building

A straight-forward design for a commercial rental building incorporating a simple trussed roof overhanging a sheltered walkway. Cedar timber window framing and trim gives the building  a residential feel. Concrete block and two-textured stucco walls comprise an economical construction approach.
