The building combines ground-floor retail with upper-level office space, connected by an elevator and served by an on-site parking lot with alley access. Upper-floor tenants enjoy private terraces overlooking the street, while a full basement provides dedicated storage for each tenant. The design draws on classic Front Range commercial vernacular with red face brick, steel-framed balcony railings, large storefront glazing at grade, and a prominent gabled clock facade on the west elevation, giving the building the permanence and street presence of a downtown anchor.
