OZO Coffee Tenant Finish

OZO Coffee Pearl is a 2,650-square-foot tenant finish in Boulder, Colorado, converting a former record shop into a full-service specialty coffee bar. Lefcourt Architecture provided complete construction drawings for the interior build-out, including a custom curved bar, dedicated brew bar, prep kitchen, storage, and separate men's and women's restrooms. The design accommodates indoor seating for over 100 occupants across multiple zones, plus a new 10-seat deck and 8-seat sidewalk cafe. The project included full ADA code compliance upgrades throughout, new storefront glass, exposed open web joists with a blackened ceiling, stained concrete floors, reclaimed beetle kill pine accents, and a pergola over the merchandise display area.
