The Estates of Silverlake is an 89-home single-story residential community in Boynton Beach, Florida, centered around a private lake with a gated entrance, community pool, cabana, and tennis courts. Lefcourt Architecture provided comprehensive services — from master site planning to the design of three distinct model homes — giving residents a range of floor plans within a cohesive neighborhood character. The Silverlake model home features 1,856 square feet of living space with two master suites, each with a private bath and walk-in closet, a vaulted living and dining room with skylights, a den with raised ceiling and wet bar, a screened and roofed porch, greenhouse window in the kitchen, and an attached two-car garage.
